Shipping Information
I ship my paintings worldwide via international courier or Royal Mail.
My paintings are securely packaged and insured against loss or damage during delivery. Delivery costs will be calculated based on your delivery location and the size/weight of the artwork you have purchased.
Smaller artworks are sent via via a fully tracked and signed for service.
Larger works are sent via a specialist fine art shipper. This service includes:
- collection of artwork from my studio
- bespoke professional fine art packing
- Insurance against loss or damage
- full tracking and signature on arrival
Delivery Price Guide:
Small works on paper:
UK: FREE
Rest of world: £10
Smaller canvas paintings: under 40 cm:
UK: between £0 - £30
Rest of world: £30 - £100
Medium canvas paintings: between 50 - 90 cm
UK: between £50 - £120
Rest of world: between £100 - £220
Larger canvas paintings - 100 cm and above:
UK: between £155 - £250
Rest of world: between £250 - £435

International & EU shipping
Buyers based outside the UK (including the EU) may incur additional customs fees or import tax on arrival. Unfortunately these charges are out of my control and it is the responsibility of the buyer to pay any such fees.
Delivery times
This will vary depending on your location. UK deliveries - 5-10 working days (sometimes quicker!). EU deliveries - up to 2 weeks and rest of world up to 3 weeks. Any hold ups at Customs in the receiving country is unfortunately out of my control and any associated customs fees will be at the expense of the customer. Please allow slightly longer delivery times if you have requested a frame for your painting.
Collection
You are very welcome to collect your artwork from my studio in Totnes, South Devon.
For online purchases, please select 'collection' at checkout and I will be in touch to arrange a convenient time for you to collect. For larger artworks (100 cm width +), please ensure you have adequate space in your vehicle.
Returns
Returns are accepted within 14 days of receipt of delivery if you change your mind about your purchase. A full refund will be granted on condition the artwork is returned in its original condition. Refunds will be for the original sales price of the artwork (minus original shipping cost).
Return delivery costs will be at the customer's expense. Please contact me at sybille@sybillepouzet.com if you wish to process a return.
